Access to the Quartermaster starts with a short questline. Atolia Seapearl sells Heart Essences, Enchanting and Alchemy recipes, a pet, tabard, and a contract to earn reputation with the Unshackled via completing World Quests in Zandalar and Kul Tiras. Hidden Treasure Chests contain Prismatic Manapearl, which is used as currency by Treasures of the Ankoan and Ancient Relic vendors. You can purchase item level 385. However, the vendor also sells Azsharan Pearling Kit (Prismatic Manaspear x 20) which empowers a Benthic item from Nazjatar, making it Pearled and increasing its item level to 400. You can also buy Azsharan Azerite Pearling Enhancement (Prismatic Manaspear x 30) to empower a Pearled Azerite item increasing its item level by 15, up to a maximum of 430.

Ankoan Emissary

Access to the Ankoan Emissary and Vaultkeeper starts with a short questline. Vaultkeeper of the Ankoan Artisan Itanu sells Benthic gear. Speaker Utia sells Heart essences, Enchanting, Inscription and Alchemy recipes, a pet, tabard, and a contract to earn reputation with the Ankoan via completing World Quests in Zandalar and Kul Tiras.
